Do you provide Computer Repair or Break/Fix Services?
We don't provide computer repair of break/fix services on a call-by-call basis, we provide our services as "Managed IT Services" under one of our service contract offerings. Our goal is to create a long term partnership with your business and provide industry leading IT Solutions, Services and Support.
Do you provide Remote Support?
As a Managed IT Service Provider one of our core IT Services is Remote Management, Monitoring & Support. We use a powerful support framework that allows us to proactively monitor and manage your IT Applications & Infrastructure using proactive automation to detect and remedy potential issues before they happen.
Where are you located and what areas do you support?
We operate out of Ojai CA and support Ventura, Santa Barbara, and surrounding counties. With our Remote Management, Monitoring & Support framework, we're able to offer our Managed IT Services and Remote Support to any business with Internet access. You don't have to be physically located in our area.
What's the best way to get started?
We start with an initial IT Assessment and discussion of your current requirements and any ongoing problems that need to be resolved. After the IT Assessment we'll recommend next steps through either project initiatives or managed services and provide pricing options.
